• This work, consisting of 14 chapters (bāb), deals with juridical aspects and questions concerning divorce according to the Shāfiʿi school of law.
  According to the colophon (f. 40a), this manuscript has been copied on Tuesday the 15th of Ramaḍān 1110/17 March 1699by the author himself from a master copy which he had written on 15 Ramaḍān 1110/17. March 1699. It is, however, very unlikely that the author himself made this copy, because he already died in 1127/1715.
